Crusader Kings III Strength Score

New sibling app: Vic3 Tech Tree. I started another Victoria 3 campaign and wanted something like EU4's ledger — a way to see which countries have what, without clicking through every country in the lobby. So I built it, with everything pulled straight from the game files:

• Technology — the full tech tree with prerequisite arrows. Hover a country to see what it starts with.
• Armies & navies — starting battalions and ships for Europe or the whole world.
• Units & mobilization — every unit, ship and mobilization option, laid out by era.
• Economy — each country's 1836 buildings and resources.

A few fun facts: Russia has the biggest army in Europe but only 11 of 58 military techs, and Britain has a small army but more ships than Russia and France combined.
